Molasses, buttermilk and maple, made with all brown sugar and clear vanilla, with a whisper of cinnamon and strawberry sugar on top. She's named for the pancake breakfasts I make with my nephew: extra vanilla, extra cinnamon, always strawberries. New this month, so come say hi.
